From a small bakery to a five-shop family business
Hamurkâr began in 2008 with a 20 square-metre bakery opened in Karşıyaka by Yıldız and Ahmet Kaya. Today with 38 employees, five shops and 12,400 occasion cakes a year we keep the same principle: dough does not rush, and a cake makes what you described.

Our team is on the phone every weekday.
How far ahead should I order a cake?
48 hours for classic cakes, 72 hours for decorated and diet-option cakes, 5 days for sugar-paste figures and 7 days for wedding cakes. Earlier booking is advised for weekends and before holidays.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
The deposit is 30% of the total and is deducted from it. It is refunded for cancellations made up to 72 hours before delivery.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Yes. You can upload an image in the order form, show it in a shop or send it by WhatsApp. Our cake chef prepares a sketch within 24 hours.
I have an allergy; can I eat the cake safely?
Vegan and gluten-free cakes are made on a separate line, but our kitchen is not allergen-free certified. For serious allergies please call us before ordering.
How is the cake transported and how long does it keep?
Carry it boxed in a cool car; it lasts 2 hours at room temperature. In the fridge it stays fresh for 2–3 days. Taking it out 30 minutes before serving gives the best taste.
Where do you deliver?
To all districts within İzmir by refrigerated vehicle; the fee is 250–450 TRY. Wedding cakes are delivered with a set-up team and the cost is included.
