Classic Chocolate Birthday Cake

The classic of every birthday: cocoa sponge, vanilla pastry cream between the layers and a glossy dark chocolate ganache on top. The cake is 20 cm in diameter and designed for 10 standard slices; a name, age and short message can be written on it as you like.

Flavour and layers

The sponge is made with fresh eggs and cocoa; the ganache uses 60% cacao dark chocolate and fresh cream. The cream contains real vanilla pod. For decoration you can choose fresh strawberries, chocolate curls or an optional candle set.

Order and delivery

Orders are placed at least 48 hours ahead. The cake can be collected from a shop or sent to an address in İzmir by refrigerated vehicle. It arrives boxed and ready; it keeps fresh in the fridge for 3 days.
