Gender Reveal Cake

A surprise cake for expectant families: it looks plain white outside, and when cut a pink or blue layer appears inside. You leave the result you received from your doctor in a sealed envelope at our shop; our cake chef opens the envelope without talking to you and prepares the cake.

Flavour and layers

Outside, vanilla cream and white chocolate; inside, natural colourings such as beetroot and blueberry are used instead of food dye. The surprise colour is therefore delicate, not artificial. On top the initials or a baby-shoe figure can be placed.

Order and delivery

Orders are placed 72 hours ahead. The result envelope must be left at the shop at least 48 hours before. On delivery the box says only “Reveal” and nobody knows the content; the surprise is kept until the moment of cutting.
