Because occasion cakes are made to order, the following terms apply.
- Lead time: At least 48 hours for classic cakes, 5 days for sugar-paste figures and 7 days for wedding cakes.
- Deposit: 30% of the total is paid online or in a shop. The deposit is deducted from the total.
- Cancellation: The deposit is refunded for cancellations up to 72 hours before delivery; afterwards, as ingredients will be prepared, no refund is given, though a date change is free once.
- Delivery: Collection from a shop is free. Delivery to an address within İzmir costs 250–450 TRY (by distance). A refrigerated vehicle is used.
- Transport: A cake collected from a shop keeps for 2 hours at room temperature in its box; we suggest keeping your car's air conditioning on.
- Changes: Design and flavour changes can be made up to 72 hours before.
